Menu for the Week

Food is a very personal thing. It’s easy to say that we offer delicious nutritious food however it’s much more than that. Food is personal. It starts with principles. First, we start with the principle that food can lead to inflammation and if we design our menu’s properly Dr. Dale Bredesen has shown that we can reduce the effects of cognitive memory decline.

Our Menus are designed to prioritize your loved ones’ experience. We also have our Physician Assistant and Physician work with our dieticians to serve foods that appeal to our resident’s tastes and we work to adjust the ingredients to reduce the impacts of chronic illness or cognitive impairment. Most importantly they are prepared and served with love!
